Raised bed soil test results - should I be concerned about high sodium?

I filled a raised bed with a mix of Soil3 compost, peat and perlite. Not in same ratios as Mel's mix, though - probably about 65% compost, 25% peat & 10% coarse perlite.

I was eager to get started so planted before getting my soil test results back. I was surprised by the low N and high Na.

So I need to add N; can I topdress with blood meal? Will it smell bad? Other options besides blood meal?

Should I be concerned about the high sodium? What can I d about it?
