I plan on moving to the Lowcountry of South Carolina this summer. Am looking for a 2 acre place that is rural. Plan on raising chickens for both meat and eggs along with possibly a few goats. Any advice concerning breeds or any special considerations is most welcome. BTW I will also be raising my own veggies, the leftovers from them will go to the chickens.

TIA
