I don't know your space. For me I completely ignore space recommendations. You would never think anything would grow and produce, but most of the time I have amazing production. I also keep trying new ways to garden. Hugelkulture, forest want-to-be garden ( I call it that because it's still a work on progress). Raised beds, I built a raised bed that is 11" high and maybe 8" wide to run along my garden fence so I could grow more peas. I got inexpensive large plastic pots to fill extra space in the garden. My newest one is grow bags in kiddy pools. I also share extras with friends and family.
I guess the answer is you find, or make space for what you have.
Welcome to the club. Have fun and happy gardening.
Thank you, thank you, thank you! I love to hear that and that is what I wanted to know. To me, I just want to keep finding room and trying new things. Some things will work and some won't, and the fun is in the trying. Have a wonderful night!
