Oak trees that don't need cold stratification

Hello there, I wanted to plant oak because of the acorns in a hot desert climate that will never get cold than a few night dropping 70 fahrenheit out of the year. Yet easily reaching 90 in the peak of the day. I learned that white oaks are the ones that don't need cold stratification, but I wanted to double check,
