I'm not sure that I'm the person to do this. But who knows. Maybe I am (or can be). I was really inspired learning about this permaculture-inspired neighborhood in costa rica:  


I'm in FL USA. I don't know the first thing about pursuing a project like this. Any ideas concerning where I might even start?
