I have a 1 bed cottage on the grid in Maple Ridge on flat 7 acres.

It was a turkey farm 15 years ago, but has been demolished.

It is rented till June, and I was hoping to attract a permie type of tenant or perhaps some kind of joint venture.

Or maybe just a horse and rider type?
