During this workshop, I will share with you knowledge so you can make your own tonic and medicinal mushroom teas and continue exploring that path of healing. Each participant who attends will receive a gift sample of the medicinal mushrooms I have prepared.
If you don’t have time to find, harvest and prepare these mushrooms, or can't attend the workshop, I also offer for sale ones that I have prepared which were sustainably & respectfully harvested in the healthy and vibrant ecosystems of the upper Coquitlam River & Burke Mountain.
