micro hydro and solar as a pair

so what possibilities could this have?. A self contained micro- hydro/oil with a solar recycler in sunny locals mostly, I dont know much about the physics of the set up, but thought it could work. here is a simple idea, and could be scaled to fit any situation

This setup could be useful in rare situations in which you only needed power for short periods of time between which you had long periods to charge your reservoir.
