Hello!
I am looking to co-purchase land on Vancouver Island with one or more people.
I'm interested in starting (or possibly purchasing into) a permaculture community, to work towards having gardens, rain water harvesting, chickens, grey water recycling and composting toilets. I am also interested in living in community, meaning sharing in cooking, in meals and work on the land.
Possible options include:
• buying land with a conventional house on it that has zoning for another single family dwelling as well as accessory buildings. I would live in my 'Tiny House' that is currently being built.
• buying land and putting our own Tiny Houses or regular houses on it. (A possible Tiny House Ecovillage! But I love cob and natural buildings as well).
I would like to host guests and volunteers in the summer.
The following are a few properties that could be split by 3 or 4 parties:

These two properties, the first,

I am open to other options on Vancouver Island, these are just some examples of properties on the market right now. My preference would be for land that is already organic and has not had any chemicals applied to it in the recent past.
