Berkeley Springs wv

I'm interested in networking, meeting like minded people to build, share ideas resources.
I'm nearly ready to sell my 5 TH. A very solid build on 6x6 skids. 8x24.
I designed a model  , similar shape to a 5th wheel trailer, that has 3 steps up to bathroom and bed area at the opposite end. This is to avoid a loft.
 I have a place, tools and a penchant for acquiring resources.
Open to suggestions and small projects like bath houses, greenhouses, sheds, very basic shelters, and livable THs.
Contractors with time to do side projects might be a good fit.
