For those homesteaders that want a simpler life, I am selling my 17-acre farm in beautiful Matagalpa, Nicaragua. The announcement for it is here: http://managua.craigslist.org/grd/3968102928.html

Matagalpa is in the mountainous coffee-growing region of northern Nicaragua. However, virtually anything will grow in the soil here. So, if you want to really escape, this is the place for you. I have absolutely loved it. But I have suffered some health setbacks and just cannot keep up with it anymore.
