Hi, im pretty new to permies, and there is so much data here, i thought i would just ask.

I have chosen to turn the garage on a rental property into an off grid studio experiment. The largest single problem i have so far is not having access to sewer, combined with the fact that I live in central canada. This means that approximately 6 months a year i cannot use gray water for surface applications. Being in the city, I am really kind of stumped. I cannot transport it, and I dont like that option anyhow. Because its a rental property for the family, my space is limited, and i will not be able to build anything too elaborate on the property. (the house is a rental unit with two suites, who i must share yard access with)

As i said, im very new to this, so if there is an obvious solution im missing please let me know.
