I've found very little bio-diesel for sale anywhere. the costs associated with retailing it in a manner the gubmint is comfortable with are substantial, so demand adequate to justify setting up an operation might be hard to come by. gas stations that
sell bio-diesel certainly exist in this state, but as far as I can tell, they're only around relatively dense population centers. Seattle, Vancouver, Portland, Bellingham.
on the other end of the spectrum are folks who are home brewing. their cost of production is generally much lower, but they are also unlikely to sell you any because they're justifiably worried about liability. being friendly with somebody who makes their own could get you in, but that's not easy to arrange.
I'm not suggesting you give up or trying to discourage you, just trying to give you a realistic idea of the situation.
setting up a little biodiesel coöp with some friends might be in order. spread out the cost and labor between a few people, and home brewing might be more appealing.
