Time

Michael,

I am a young married man that is debt free looking to buy property and build a green dwelling unit for me an my family. I am bonkers about permaculture and want to start a farm, producing high quality food for my family and niche markets that I have.

There is just one factor that scares me, I work long hours during the week and am able to save 2000+ month but time is a issue, I don't have a lot of time to spend building. I am a skilled carpenter and would love to do the work myself. Do you have any advice to help the large group of young couples in my position. We aren't scared of work, we just don't have enough time in the day. Thanks Michael!

One more thing, I want to eventually quit my job and work full time from my property.
