I found this video worth sharing. Seriously, what I would give for seed exchanges from this monastery as I can imagine there is an abundance of unique strains! From 4:35 to 5:30, there is video ancient food forests, numerous crops and entertainingly comments regarding the communities under employed medical doctor given the amazingly healthy population with no traces of mental decline, virtually no cancer, and no heart disease at all. Testament to living from the land, vegan, stress free and some like my self who believe mechanisms of divine intervention.

Definitely curious about the infrastructure. Rain catchment is fairly common in Greece, so I assume they use some of that.
Wonder what they eat for staples?

It's funny to see how much orthodox ancient Christianity resembles orthodox Judaism. There's always a part of the population that likes this sort of life style, regardless of the ideal it is based on.
