There's a piece of land I'm looking into buying which is a reasonably close distance away from Wiesbaden, Frankfurt, Mainz, and if you don't mind driving about an hour, Darmstadt, Hanau, Bad Kreuznach and Koblenz are also within range.

It's just under two acres, or about 7700 square meters.

I'd be interesting in finding someone in the area to partner with me and develop the land into something better than an empty field. It's on a gentle hillside, quite near a town with lots of charm, and has a lot of potential.

If I were to buy this property, it would be impractical for me to manage the land myself from my current location due to various familial constraints, but I would love to find someone who could work the land and perhaps over time, turn it into a productive and profitable piece of land.

Flowers could be planted and sold to florists or made into potpourri, animals could be raised for food or other byproducts like dairy, wool, fur, eggs and so on, and it could even be turned into a food forest or something like the permaculture orchard I've now heard about from several sources.

I'd like to make this happen, and am willing to try any number of arrangements or agreements, so if this could be something for you or anyone you know who lives in the area, please let me know.

Thanks!
