Hi Permies and likeminded humans (and their pets). I live in the Bitterroot, Montana. Well, Florence, to be exact. In my block, there are currently 2 bank owned homes with a bit of dirt for digging. Wouldn't it be great if we could fill thewe homes with people willing to get dirt under their fingernails and start a
permaculture hub!?!? One property is 5360 2nd Street, Florence. This is 6/10 of an acre with a home of 1500 sq feet. Bank owned asking 149,000 but could probably get it for 120,000 or less . The second is at the beginning of the block on Hannaford (don't remember house number). House is 1000 up/1000 dwn and I don't remember the acreage. Please spread the word.
