hi just started growing mycelium,white button,maitake,portabella,oyster,and a chinese brown mushroom.Ive started to grow on cardboard and coffee grounds,the oyster has been doing the best ,rest seem very slow in comparisom.Thanks artie.
I suppose you could try and see how well they do with some bean curd waste in the media. The only thing I am wondering about is the nitrogen (protein) content of bean curd waste. Mycelia don't need a whole lot of nitrogen and you don't want to have excess protein around as that would invite competition from bacteria.
