• Absolutely NO flesh of any kind (no meat, no fish, no slaughter – ever).
• Animals are lifelong companions and helpers only – kept for eggs, milk, manure, and labor.
• This is a pure, gentle, abundant wild‑type food‑forest life.
Wildlife Vision –
• From day one the permaculture system will be designed to attract and support as much native wildlife as possible
• No traps, no poisons, no persecution – ever. A true sanctuary.
Non‑negotiable land requirements (worth every penny)
• Crystal‑clear year‑round fresh water (spring/river/waterfall you can drink untreated).
• Direct ocean/sea access (own beach or < 5 min walk).
• Jungle‑coastal setting, titled land, under $5,000/acre.
• Budget ≈ $23–30k total – very realistic in Central America, northern South America, or SE Asia.
Timeline – exciting times ahead
• 2026 – scout & purchase land.
• 2027 – build infrastructure, plant, welcome animals.
• Late 2027 / early 2028 – relocate and live fully off‑grid forever.
