I am a 30 year old solo mom. I am driven and love to study.. I am currently enrolled in a Master program to obtain my holistic practitioner license. Health & wellness, adventure and family is what is important to me. Looking to live a slower but nice life, spend time in nature, and create memories as a family. I own a home in a Midwest urban area but have always dreamt of farming/homesteading. I am not religious, but I am spiritual. Music, art, cooking, yoga and reading are my hobbies. I am well traveled and have many skills, but value taking care of myself.

Well too young for me dear.

Yet maybe find a nice community in Panama to join.

๐ŸŒฑ Imagine living in a community that gives back more than it takes โ€” to nature, to people, and to your own well-being.

Thatโ€™s exactly what Netpositive Village (NPV) is building.

NPV is creating regenerative, self-sustaining, net positive villages around the world โ€” places where energy, water, food, community, and well-being are intentionally designed to create more good than harm.

This isnโ€™t theory.
This is already happening.

๐Ÿ“ Current Projects

๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ช Iquitos, Peru (Amazon rainforest) โ€” Phase 1 village in development

๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ฆ Panama โ€“ Bocas del Toro

๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ Florida, USA
More global locations are in the pipeline.

What makes NPV different?

โœจ Netpositivityโ„ข โ€” a system that focuses on creating more positive impact than negative.
๐Ÿก Regenerative design โ€” restoring ecosystems, not depleting them.
๐Ÿ”‹ Energy independence
๐Ÿ’ง Water resilience
๐ŸŒณ Nature-based living
๐Ÿ™Œ Community + purpose
๐Ÿ’ฐ Real land ownership with potential long-term value growth
๐ŸŒ Private Membership Association (PMA) for members-only access and governance.

For those who feel the world is changing fast and want a place that represents freedom, connection, purpose, and abundance โ€” NPV is a real solution.

Iโ€™m sharing this as an affiliate because I truly believe this is the direction the world needs to go. If youโ€™re interested in learning more or joining the movement:

If you want to talk about it or have questions, message me anytime.
Letโ€™s build the future we actually want to live in. ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿ’š

So you made a portal in time and started grabbing people. This tiny ad thinks that's rude:
