Hey! I'm Philip. I currently live in WV. I'm looking for a place to start my own homesteading life, or build on with someone else. I have cash to buy my
land, or use it to build on others. I'm just looking for the right place with the right features. I am not looking for romance, but a companion. The majority of people I have talked to, have a good talk. When it comes down to work though, they don't do anything, or worse, they make my job harder. I've spent my early years living on a homestead in Athens Ohio. Since then I have acquired as many skills as I could to be prepared for my homestead, I can build a house, repair a
tractor, forge and weld my own steel, iron, bronze and copper. From making rope to cutting
hay by hand. I recently had the opportunity to learn the insides and out of animal husbandry for goats, cows,
chickens, and horses. Though I have yet to perfect my horse shoe making. I am willing to relocate anywhere with anyone who is hard working and educated in using land properly. I'm not really into all the spirituality talk, I know who and what I am. That's why I normally don't fit in at communes and the such. It doesn't matter to me what you believe, just don't attempt to change what I do, it won't work. If anyone is looking for a great farm hand, I'm your guy.
