I am hard pressed to find going rates for leasing farm land.
I live in cobble hill on vancouver island and cannot find ANY lease rates for the region.
Any rates in BC someone can reccomend?
Also when signing the lease, what should I look for? Water rights, re-signing option, what if the owner sells the land, organic buffer zone?
