I've noticed a lot of really old posts where someone posted looking for people to join communities 2, 6 and even 10 years ago and new people are still getting on to show interest and leave their information (to seemingly no response).

Can we get a current tally of who's actively looking for arrangements in the area?

Let's get acquainted and see if some of us can find alignment with one another.

I myself am not ready to jump into an intentional community but would rather start building a network of people who share worldview, goals, principles, ideas. I'm looking for cooperation rather than coliving. Sharing land could be feasible down the line for the right fit.

My current focus is to build a permaculture landscaping business, scale into excavation and portable milling toward building a business that is capable of building cheap but luxurious modern amenities in ancient finishes housing on or off grid. The dream is to combine Mike Oehler designs with round wood timber framing, cob, waddle and daub, earthen floors, rocket mass heaters, geothermal vents, and tadelakt bathrooms - modern done natural - high level finished product like you'd see in a magazine - all from material drawn directly off the land the home sits in.

If that sounds like something you want to be a part of please contact me at Jay@JGLMT.com

If it doesn't, please use this as a place to describe the thing you're building toward - maybe someone will want to buy in on your dream!

I have never sensed the force being as strong as in this tiny ad:
