Organic & Biodynamic Gardener Full-Time Gardener for our 1.25 acre organic & biodynamic vegetable garden and 1000 sq/ft state-of-the-art greenhouse. This beautiful slice of heaven was designed as an English Cottage-style garden with individual beds in order to accurately track rotation patterns. This position is physically demanding, as well as mentally challenging, as detailed record-keeping is a must.
The position is M-F (7AM – 5PM) and occasional ½ days on either Sat or Sun, based on the needs of the garden.
Competitive rate, medical benefits, paid vacation and 6 paid farm holidays a year. No on-site housing available. *Must have at least two years of Organic gardening experience.
