51 Male in Minnesota looking for best friend in life

Hello, I'm Jason. (I've posted before but can't delete or update that post so I will update here.)
I've been on here before and I've meet some really cool people then, so I figured I would give this another shot.
I'm very interested in homesteading and off-grid living and very talented and mechanically inclined, can build just about anything. Looking to find a great connection with someone who shares the same interests and lifestyle. I don't drink or do drugs or smoke cigarettes. Although I do vape nicotine, but I'm not set on having that in my life. My only other habits are coffee and dreaming about homesteading and/or living aboard a sailboat. I think I could be very happy either way honestly. I have put my plans on finding land on hold for now as I seem to be unable to find the right connection with a great partner, but I figured I would give it one more shot before I give up on being a landlubber for now. Hahaha
I've already applied for my TWIC and Passport, so someone better come along and stop me! Haha...       edit- ( sea going jod got put on hold when government shutdowns happened and I changed coarse and got my certificates for electric motor control and sensor logic controlles and studies in Industrial electrical and pneumatics A- and B+ averages.) Already have Carpentry/building under my belt. And absolutely LOVE Gardening and VERY interested in permaculture/Sustainable Building and Alternative Energy.  And im very interested in doing this with the right partner.
Still waiting,  still not settling for anything other than the RIGHT best friend/life partner. At this stage of my life I'm done with meaningless relationships and all that follows that.
