8 x 20ft Tiny house trailer and plans

We ran out of time and money - Selling a new Top Notch trailer custom built for a tiny house. We would like to see $3500 for the trailer, flashing, subfloor, partial framing, and house plans but we are open to offers. We are just outside of Portland Oregon, in the town of Sandy. Please message me if you are interested or know of anyone who would be interested. Thanks!
