Rare Job Opening: Amazing Fish Farm in unique amazing location seeks right couple to work, learn, and enjoy life.
Location: Rural Utah – between Bryce Canyon and Capitol Reef National Park. In Piute County, Utah
Job Description: Help care for, raise, and harvest gourmet Steelhead on our farm. Work includes wearing chest wader
boots and working in
water (4-5 feet deep). Work will also include general house/building maintenance.
Work requires driving
tractor, truck, and ATV.
Responsibility in caring for Steelhead’s dietary and health needs
Feeding
Testing
Cleaning and Maintaning
And always punctual and regularly
Physical Strength - Lifting nets of fish (30-40 pounds) and
feed for the fish (40 pound sacks)
Average time of work on the fish farm per day is 5 hours for one person.
Job Duration: Opening is open now.
Duration will initially be for two months; if all goes well and everyone so agrees – longer.
Ideal Candidate will be a couple that wants to work, learn about a trade, work in a new trade, appreciation and activity with nearby amazing
local natural wonders (Zion’s National Park, Grand Staircase, Bryce Canyon NP, Capitol Reef NP, etc.). We want somebody that will love the place and the nature around it as much as us.
Housing and food will be provided along with a wage that will depend upon
experience.
