David Holmgren needs no introduction, the legendary book Permaculture One was mostly his work and permaculture as a movement owes a lot to this man.

In 70-ties he and Bill Mollison were expecting a collapse, that collapse never happened then, it was just postponed. Nevertheless, David and his family have been working last 30 years on their model permaculture property Melliodora preparing for a big change.

Their property Melliodora is one of the best documented and widely known permaculture demonstration site on the planet and an important lesson on how to create an enduring and self-reliant life.
