We're looking to visit my sister in Tucson on the weekends around the Natural Building Colloquium in New Mexico (Oct. 17th - 26th or so).
Her husband has been through some serious medical crap lately, and it's not the most convenient time for them to host houseguests.
But what if... the houseguests bring their own accommodations?
If I knew someone with a camper or sleeping van located near Tucson, AZ, who would consider lending or renting it for those 10 days in late October, it would be extremely interesting.
Ideally we could take it to NM and back as well, about 500 miles round-trip. It would need to sleep two adults, and possibly ride with 3 (if we carpool with our colleague Lasse from Alaska).
We'd at minimum return it with a full gas tank. Other compensation is negotiable.
If this doesn't magically appear, we're also interested in local or sunbird tips on a good vehicle rental place, with good rates on reliable wheels of any description. Most especially, the kind you can sleep in comfortably at 6'6" with a sore leg.
