At first the article looks like it has
permaculture values, no till, chop and drop, observation of local environment, reducing inputs, maximizing waste use.
But then it's end goal is preached of THHF, Tractors, Herbicides, Hybrid's & Financing (debt)
In the end the system only works if Government money is input.
