Our 20 acre plot in central Missouri is a mix of open and wooded
land. A 5-acre lake sits at the center. Potential for vegetable farming, orchard production,
sustainable lumber/cedar mulch production,
permaculture demonstration site, etc. Open to ideas. We don't currently live there but will be building soon. Would consider a rental agreement at that time. In the meantime someone could rent nearby and run a CSA on the land. Or clear and
sell cedar to
local mills. Or install swales, rotational grazing,
perennial plants and set up a
permaculture classroom. Lots of options.
