While dining on homemade goose rillettes, DH and I turned to the nagging question of whether our Utah juniper (cedar) berries have culinary virtues. Apparently not. So which ones would you plant for harvest? For roasting meats and infusing into homemade libations. And whatever else (sausage?) comes to mind.
BTW, the rillettes over baked potato were amazing. And I have more geese ready to harvest
