Investors gain exclusive assignable rights to one acre and cooperative ownership of 0.6 acre commons including a well house, basic homesteaders’ workshop and garaged small tractor with attachments (mower, backhoe, bucket, etc.). $75K allocated to acquire equipment and collectively terraform entire property for permaculture installations (then each will be free to further prepare, plant or build as desired).
