Today I harvested peppers, including two of the devilspawns. Someone actually wants them and knows what they are. They are cooking for a big feed (with a big tow behind bbq setup) and want them for a batch of sauce.

I made sure not to touch these and tossed the gloves. $5 each and a waiver that says they understand they're organic-suicide. They are slightly green so maybe less potent. I'm not going to find out.

They were indeed milder by the reports. I had said try a quarter of one first and make sure you stir that very very well. They said it was plenty with half a pepper. They wanted to do batch #2 and I provided an orange one. I guess that one made grown men weep and 1/4 was plenty. They are willing to pay for dehydrated deseeded chunks for their production for the near future for their 'mama have mercy' level sauce. (I can't say who they are, what their brand is, or what they really call their sauces). I think I will have to overwinter that one and convince it to set in the house.
