Preferably something that was only 1 or 2 days on a weekend, since I go to school during the week.

Can you cook for groups of up to 40 people? I'm one of the organizers of the upcoming Tacoma Permaculture Course, http://www.sustainabletacomapierce.net/?page_id=241

and we offer a pretty large worktrade for someone who can cook lunches. Most of the prep would be done ahead of time so you just miss class for reheating/last minute prep. And we only want you to do one lunch each weekend so again, you're missing minimal class. Then I can fill you in on what you miss.

We have $$ for food, but like to keep this as worktrade. We were hoping someone from the local Food Not Bombs would commit, but they haven't yet and our first full day is Sept 10th so we need to find someone soon.
