Among other things, a bunch of pie pumpkins grew in our compost pile this year. The strength of the pumpkin vines amazes me. They are almost ready to harvest!

Several years later and I am still using the cart several times a week.

That is a cool design, Coydon. I see how the barrel would help heat the upper floor. While the exhaust is over where the old woodstove was.

We harvested potatoes, black beans, summer squash and tomatoes today.

I ran another clinic and we replaced a shovel handle. I have a friend who was talking about starting a Trail Life troop or SKIP Scouts or something. So I taught him how to replace his handle and gave him a copy of the SKIP book. In the end, he decided to teach an outdoor skills class for the homeschool group at his church. It is quite a ways away so I haven't joined in. But I like teaching people to repair tools. So I am looking for more opportunities to do that.

It was a lot of fun! Thanks for coaching me through starting the rocket, Paul. And the pizza was delicious, Julia. I hope today's potluck goes well.

That's a really cool outdoor kitchen. I hope you were able to get a lot of use from it.

That is cool. I wonder if the garden is still going? The 4H club has a website, but it doesn't mention gardens.
