Cannon does classes throughout the year in the southwest. Haven't gotten him to come to our farm, where we have acres of willows, but I've heard he's an excellent instructor.

We are about 75 miles from St. George - up highway 89 between Bryce and Zion National Parks, north of Glendale. Thanks for your response. I don't think we can afford you, however, since we wanted to keep this fairly low cost for attendees and travel costs would be a bit pricey for you to get out here. If you decide to visit your family, however, and are only traveling from St. George, that would definitely be more affordable:).
Your oven link was great - thanks for sending that as well. Have you heard how it's held up? Did the cardboard layer work out?
