Seeking young womyn LGBTQ+ friendly with a passion for eco-agriculture (permaculture) and self-sustainability, interested in an exchange + stipend to work part-time on a non-profit eco farm project in Morovis PUERTO RICO, + some administrative duties. 25 hours per week. (flexible schedule, but must work at least one weekend day per week). Willing to live on site. Agreement would be on a month to month basis with possibility for permanence.
Compensation: free housing (completely separate house), $200/month stipend + $50 per month food stipend. The house offers water and electric for free.

a) Bilingual (english-spanish)
b) Ideally between ages of 25 - 35 (but open to any age)
c) Vegetarian
d) Strict environmentalist (values that promote healing our mother earth)
e) LGBTIQ+ or super LGBTIQ+ friendly
f) Ideally an earth sign (virgo, capricorn, taurus) (but open to any sign)
g) *Ideally calm centered personality.
h) Vaccinated + super careful about limiting exposure (Mask use, limiting outings, etc.)
i) Extremely trustworthy and reliable.
j) Values health open communication and humbleness.
