Hello Fred, I am interested in starting or joining an intentional community and I currently reside in the Placerville area. I was communicating with someone just today about finding someone with land in the region. I stumbled across this thread and, of course, you. What is your status currently on building your ecovillage? And what is it that turns you off about co-housing, as well? I realize this post is 3+ yrs old, but hopefully you get this message and we can communicate further.
