Someone mentioned Northern Idaho as having no building codes. I was wondering what county or counties in particular that would be? I live on the East Coast and would love to move west and attempt to build a dwelling. I was thinking cordwood although I have no real carpentry skills. So my questions are as follows:
1. What counties in Northern Idaho are building code free?
2. Are there Grizzly Bears in Northern Idaho?
3. Is cordwood possible to build with no carpentry skills? (using books and perhaps taking a class
4. Are there buses in Northern Idaho? ( I drive bus for my living)
