That dream is really not out the question today.Sadly after checking out 10 minutes of reading that people wanting to get up buy land/rent or otherwise or just to do something real about it. Anyway if you can handle temps between 22 c to -42 c Russia is GIVEN away 2.5 acres for anyone that is willing to make a go of it and work and settle on your homestead.
