I'm pretty sure this issue was addressed in one of the Skip emails or similar, but I can't for the life of me find the answer.

I want to raise my backer level from 10 bucks to 65. However, I don't want physical copies of the book (as I live in europe and it would cost about the same again to mail them, plus I live in a yurt, so loads of extra physical books clogging up the place I don't need). How can I raise my backer level but let kickstarter know that I'll be opting for the all digital option?
