Here is the data plate for the Forced air heater, with a hot water loop.

Sizing of the boiler, and control systems are where I have run int road blocks.

Here is the fish canner I will be maintaining 14.5 lbs. pressure fir up to 6 hours at a time to sterilize wood chips for mushroom production.

The canner is 5' diameter 9' long, from a salmon packing plant.
I have not been able to find data to size the boiler for a vassal of this size. not to mention control systems...
At this time I would like to determine the natural gas requirements. As I will be trenching a waterline to the building this summer, and would like to do the gas as well.
I have not been able to down load photos yet ( just learning the Apple system.  

The wood furnace stands about 48" high, I plan in using a gas hot water heater for the heat reservoir. on a stand 54" high (so I can pass through under it). This will dictate 3/4" piping. eventually I may install a larger tank as I intend to incorporate a solar heat collector into the system eventually. It looks like I can input photos and drawings as attachments, is that right?

I need help sizing and designing a Boiler and control system for a pressure Canner recycled from a Salmon cannery in Alaska.
It will be used to Sterilize Wood chips for growing gourmet and medicinal mushrooms.

I am installing a hot water heater as a heat storage above a wood fired, forced air furnace, with a hot water loop. will this serculate by convection only?  or will I need a serc. pump to assist?
