I'm looking for some help. I've just started making milk Kefir and would really love some advice. I've had my grains for just over a week now but I still haven't plucked up the courage to drink the daily cup of Kefir. I'm pregnant and just worried I'm going to make myself, and bub sick? If I wasn't pregnant I'd just give it a go! The Kefir I'm getting just smells and tastes like sour milk, is this what it should smell and taste like? I'm not getting anything with a fizzy flavour to it. The grains are definitely growing, there are lots more that when I started so something must be going well. I'm using unhomogenized, organic, full cream milk. Any advice would be great. Thanks, Lisa
