Hey guys thought I'd try and bring this back alive and see if there is any progress on a permacultre computer game.
Something like farm ville but more detail and sun direction relavence, compaignion plants, things that you can really apply the permaculture principles too.
I feel like this game wouldn't be that difficult to make if you know how to make games and partner with a permacultre expert.
I see this as a learning tool in a game form.
Games are the best way to learn things.
It's been proven in learning languages, it puts you in the environment virtually.
It wouldn't account time it takes, but it will in a shortened way.
But you should have an option to plant trees instead of seed to speed things up.
1 hour can be 30 days or a month. 5 minutes is a day.
You can fast forward days if you wish.
But must keep on top of care when needed.
So maybe fast-forward a week.
That can all be decided by programmers and things.
I'm not an expert in any of these fields. I just have an interest after living on a permaculture eco village and learning a little.
