Add a couple of  families that want to become a community.
Requirements are that you and your family are willing to work for what they will have, NON-SMOKER, can add to the homestead with skills and , willing to work on the homestead.
I live on 20 acres and we already have Chickens, goats, small orchard and garden.
We live on the side of a mountain with only a few flat acres, so everything is either walking up a hill or down a hill.
We live somewhat off grid which means, we have electric but we use rain water and have outdoor showers.
Please don't contact me if you are wanting to live off grid but no willing to work because this is hard work living off grid.  I don't want to sound mean, but I have had some crazy people contact me. We are very isolated where we live, almost like the Amish, and it's a 30 minute drive to town off a unkept dirt/gravel road.
You can email me directly at cfgrit@gmail.com and I can email you some photos of things I have done on the homestead. We would prefer a family that wants to live off grid with good values and ethics.

I have a 1/2 acre of land that you will be able to cultivate and make your own, but there are no buildings on that 1/2 acre.

We live off grid, which means, no electric, we use rain water, outdoor showers, composting toilets- ex: poop and pee in buckets.

I am wanting to offer the same to someone and wanted to find out how this is working for you and your family? How many people have come to your land and have you had any problems? The first person that responded to mine was a weirdo. Just try to get some information thanks

I live 100% off grid in Arkansas. Looking for people that want to farm, garden and build a community.

Hello, my husband and I just moved to Arkansas to live off grid. No electric, solar only, rain water and currently an out house. We are over the road truck drivers and are gone 3 weeks out of the month. We have 20 acres on the top of a mountain and it's very steep, but some areas are flat. We are looking for a family to stay and manage our garden and animals we want to get. None of our children want to because it is very rural and they don't want to work very hard. If it sounds like something you are looking for let me know and we can exchange numbers.

When we get to our property next week, I will send some
I will ask some of the natives, we are moving there.
We live in a place called stone county, but I wish there was. This is even dug into a hillside and 2 ft was all they could go with an machine digging it.
Thanks. We are truly off grid so we have to have one.
