Here is what I am looking to do:
Add a  family that is willing to work for what they have, NON-SMOKER, can add to the homestead with skills and , willing to work on the homestead.
I have a 1/2 acre of land that you will be able to cultivate and make your own, but there are no buildings on that 1/2 acre.
We already have Chickens, goats, small orchard and garden.
We live on the side of a mountain with only a few flat acres, so everything is either walking up a hill or down a hill.
We live off grid, which means, no electric, we use rain water, outdoor showers, composting toilets- ex: poop and pee in buckets.
Please don't contact me if you are wanting to live off grid but no willing to work because this is hard work living off grid.  I don't want to sound mean, but I have had some crazy people contact me. We are very isolated where we live, almost like the Amish, and it's a 30 minute drive to town off a unkept dirt/gravel road.
You can email me directly at cfgrit@gmail.com and I can email you some photos of things I have done on the homestead. We would prefer a family that wants to live off grid with good values and ethics.

permaculture is largely about replacing oil with people. And one tiny ad:
