A good resource if you are open to mentoring or just general questions would be Dave over at
https://www.changinways.com/. He is about an hour from you in Holly Ridge. Retired corps pilot, great guy. I spent a season with him last year before we headed west. He may be able to offer advice/perspective to get your market garden going a little faster.
