If someone is truly into mountain life, completely off-grid, and especially loves wildlife, I would welcome some quiet prospective homesteadera to help care for 20+ acres, top of a mountain, and its animals.  Trees need thinning.  Tiny houses only.  Trees are abundant and diverse with open spots that need expanding, terracing.  Organic gardening only.  Interested in doing that cool Japanese water constantly flowing through houses thing from our wonderful springs.. as an example of many projects in mind.  Would love to run some sheep with proper guardian animals.  Veterans welcome, but no major guns please, there's no war going on up here and we're not looking to start one.  Great fishing.  The Klamath River is about to be devoid of dams and wild again.  If anyone is interested, talk to Dez at 530-623-0376. The land is paid for, just needs a small community of likeminded permies to carve a companionable living out of its overgrown wilderness, help the elk come through.  I do wildlife rehab and plan to leave the land in trust to those who make it a home community with its wildlife always a priority.
