If someone is truly into mountain life, completely off-grid, and especially loves wildlife, I would welcome some quiet prospective homesteadera to help care for 20+ acres, top of a mountain, and its animals.

water constantly flowing through houses thing from our wonderful springs.. as an example of many projects in mind. Would love to run some sheep with proper guardian animals.
