Here I go again getting involved with another get rich idea I know nothing about. I had a guy interested in the 66 acres behind my house but the only access he had was to go through my property. So what did I do? I purchased the land. Then called him and let him go to the land with his excavator and see what I had and he wants to gravel it. Offered me $1 a cubic yard I think. The road to the land is a logging road and it's a long way down the hill over a brook with no bridge. So we need the town to approve us putting in a bridge. But then they would have access to my land. So I make money, get a road and a bridge and sign a 20 year contract. The land cost me $85k. The engineer to get the bridge approved is costing me $6k. The gravel company is paying for the bridge. Then the road has to have gravel. I'm thinking of finding another way in and out. It's crazy what trouble I find.
